I am an integrative bodyworker, a psychotherapist, and an artist.

In all my work I am guided by deep listening to the expressed and unexpressed, and by a seeking and celebrating of the small and at times unexpected moments of beauty and ease.

I hold the belief that our capacity to sit in the darkness and heaviness of our own lives, as well as that of those around us, guides us to a greater experience of love and joy. 

I hope through my work to bring awareness to the depth that can be uncovered within the slow and subtle, and to invite a greater sense of aliveness to be felt and explored.
